Two Completed Commissions

June 28, 2008

I have completed two commissions for a wonderful client from Annan, Ontario. The commissions were for her two daughters who have seen great success in the jumper ring.

The first is Logger, 11×14 coloured pencil on Canson

Logger

The second is Fil, also 11×14 coloured pencil on Canson,

Fil

The family was ecstatic with the artwork, which was given as a surprise to the girls, Reba and Gillian McIver. Here is my testimonial from my customer:

“….The portraits of Logger and Fil are beautifully displayed (framed and hung). She absolutely loves them!! No tears but such excitement and joy – she was really taken with the eyes. She said you really captured their true look and spirit. Well done!!!

Thanks ,

Kerry

Reba had great success on Fil (Fileepe) last year when she won the Individual Bronze Medal at the 2007 CN North American Young Riders’ Championship, held at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, VA.  To read more click link here
They have since sold Logger, but Fil and both the girls ride and train at Crystalbrooke Farm in Owen Sound, ON

I am currently booking commissions for the 2008 season. For a limited time, I will be offering oils at a 25% cost upgrade from coloured pencil pricing. Inquiries, please email me, jennifer@jennpratt.com
